Washington High School Basketball - Nooksack Valley crushes Friday Harbor
December 13, 2019: Everson, WA 98247 Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Friday Harbor Wolverines (Friday Harbor, WA), 69-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Nooksack Valley upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Pioneers host LaConner (LaConner, WA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 4-0. LaConner won 66-38 in their recent non-league bout against Meridian (Bellingham, WA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes (Mount Vernon, WA) in a 1B/2B Northwest bout, on Friday, December 20. Friday Harbor will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 62-38 league win over Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA).
