Iowa High School Basketball - AHSTW overwhelms Griswold
December 13, 2021: Avoca, IA Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the AHSTW Vikings (Avoca, IA) and the visiting Griswold Tigers (Griswold, IA), saw AHSTW's basketball squad wallop Griswold by a tally of 58-20.
With the victory, AHSTW improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA) to confront the Big Reds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 14. The Big Reds come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Missouri Valley lost 45-28 in their recent league challenge against Riverside (Oakland, IA)
Next up, the Tigers confront the East Mills (Malvern, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 17. Griswold will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 57-12 league win over Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA).
