Florida High School Basketball - Rickards nips Godby

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Rickards Raiders (Tallahassee, FL) and the host Godby Cougars (Tallahassee, FL), observed Rickards's basketball team edge Godby by a score of 65-62.

The Raiders (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Florida State University High School (Tallahassee, FL). The Seminoles come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Florida State University High School edged North Florida Educational Institute (Jacksonville, FL), 59-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Munroe Bobcats (Quincy, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Godby will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 51-31 non-league loss to Crossroad Academy (Quincy, FL).
