Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Baker ripped by Lynden
December 14, 2021: Deming, WA 98244 The Lynden Lions basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Mt. Baker Mountaineers to 22 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meridian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 16. Lynden will meet a Trojans team coming off a 59-32 non-league loss to Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-10.
With the defeat, Mt. Baker moves to 0-8 on the year. The Mountaineers travel to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA) to meet the Storm in a non-league match on Thursday, December 16. The Storm enter the match with a record of 10-2. Squalicum won 73-30 in their recent non-league match against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)
