Michigan High School Basketball - Fruitport fells Fremont
December 14, 2023: Fremont, MI 49412 Fruitport Trojans (Fruitport, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fremont Packers (Fremont, MI), 49-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fruitport upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Comstock Park lost 78-43 in their recent non-league bout against Lowell (Lowell, MI)
Next up, the Packers clash with the Oakridge Eagles (Muskegon, MI) in a Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Fremont will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 64-56 league loss to Ludington (Ludington, MI).
