California High School Basketball - Liberty overwhelms Monte Vista
December 14, 2024: Danville, CA 94526 The Liberty Lions basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Monte Vista Mustangs to 13 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Antioch for a game on Tuesday, December 17.
With the loss, Monte Vista falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 1-1. Pinole Valley won 51-47 in their recent non-league game against Heritage (Brentwood, CA)
