Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Penn-Trafford can't hold off Peters Township
December 15, 2023: McMurray, PA 15317 The Peters Township Indians basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Penn-Trafford Warriors to 66 in the Indians non-league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Fayette for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Peters Township will battle a Lions team coming off a 66-56 non-league win over Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
The Warriors (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Penn Hills edged Clairton (Clairton, PA), 66-25, in a non-league contest.
