Arizona High School Basketball - Mountain Ridge trounced by Shadow Ridge

December 16, 2025: Glendale, AZ 85310

Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) backers went home thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team smash the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 65-34 in a non-league contest.

The Stallions (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jaguars enter the non-league match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Boulder Creek was crushed by Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ), 44-32, in a non-league match.

The Mountain Lions now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thunderbird for a non-league match on Saturday, January 3.
