Alaska High School Basketball - Tri-Valley tops Hutchison
December 17, 2021: Fairbanks, AK 99709 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Tri-Valley Warriors (Healy, AK) and the host Hutchison Hawks (Fairbanks, AK), saw Tri-Valley's basketball squad knock off Hutchison by a tally of 40-24.
With the victory, Tri-Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Bristol Bay (Naknek, AK) to encounter the Bristol Bay Angels in a non-league test on Thursday, January 13. The Bristol Bay Angels go into the test with a record of 0-3.
The Hawks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ketchikan for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 28. Hutchison will encounter a Kings squad coming off a 62-43 non-league loss to Wasilla (Wasilla, AK). The Kings record now stands at 2-1.
