New Mexico High School Basketball - Atrisco Heritage Academy nips Eldorado
December 17, 2021: Albuquerque, NM 87121 Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM), 65-58 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Atrisco Heritage Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, January 14. The Ravens come into the bout with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 18. Eldorado will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 57-37 non-league loss to Belen (Belen, NM).
