The Dundy County-Stratton Tigers basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Rawlins County Buffaloes to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perkins County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 19. Dundy County-Stratton will meet a Plainsmen team coming off a 60-33 league win over Garden County (Oshkosh, NE). The Plainsmen record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Rawlins County moves to 1-3 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Wallace County (Sharon Springs, KS) to face the Wildcats in a Northwest Kansas game on Friday, January 8. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 0-6. Wallace County lost 68-60 in their recent non-league game against Weskan (Weskan, KS)
