The Perkins County Plainsmen basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Dundy County-Stratton Tigers to 29 in the Plainsmen non-league victory on Saturday.

The Plainsmen now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hyannis for a non-league contest on Monday, December 20.

The Tigers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE). The Broncos come into the D2 District 9 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Wauneta-Palisade prevailed over Sandhills Valley (Stapleton, NE), 58-49, in a non-league contest.
