First Quarter
The first quarter saw the young Arabians start off slowly and got behind early. We hit 2 of 5 field goals, 2 of 4 three point shots and 4 of 4 free throws. Not bad, but they scored 22 to our 14. Jamison Dunham led the Arabian scoring with 8 points on1 of 1 field goals, 2 of 3 three pointers. Ethan Ross hit all 4 of his free throws and pulled down a defensive rebound. Evan John was the only other Arabian to score in the first quarter as he hit a field goal.
Second Quarter
Five different Arabians scored in the second quarter with Josiah Gustin leading the way with 4 points. He also snagged an offensive rebound and a defensive rebound. Luke Weaver stepped up with 3 points and a steal. Ethan Ross and Carter Aldridge each tossed in 2 points. Evan John scored 1.
Third Quarter
Only 12 points were scored by the Arabians in the third quarter.
Fourth Quarter
The fourth quarter saw the Arabians struggle to score with only 5 points put on the scoreboard. It might have been tired legs with a hard fought game last night and another tonight but you couldn't tell that by their effort. Jamison Dunham and Josiah Gustin tied for high scoring as they each scored 10 points. Luke Candiano scored 8, Ethan Ross had 6, Luke Weaver scored 5, Evan John with 3 and Carter Aldridge with 2. It was great to have seven Arabians score and that bodes well for our future. The Arabians are fun to watch.
