Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN) backers were thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team bounce the host Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN), 66-42 in a league game.

The Indians now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeastern for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 20. Anderson will face a Knights squad coming off a 65-30 league win over Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN). The Knights record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Muncie Central falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Wapahani (Selma, IN) to confront the Raiders in a non-league game on Monday, December 22. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 6-5. Wapahani won 44-13 in their recent league game against Cowan (Muncie, IN)
