December 2, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78216 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) and the host Churchill Chargers (San Antonio, TX), saw Boerne-Champion's basketball squad wallop Churchill by a tally of 57-34.
With the victory, Boerne-Champion improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Rouse (Leander, TX) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Rouse lost 60-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Churchill (San Antonio, TX)
Next up, the Chargers confront the Lee Volunteers (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. Churchill will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Volunteers come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 60-59 non-league win over Holmes (San Antonio, TX).
