The Barrington Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and held the host East Providence Townies to 38 in the Eagles league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tiverton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27.

The Townies (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shea (Pawtucket, RI). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Shea was routed by Rogers (Newport, RI), 52-42, in a league contest.
