Kentucky High School Basketball - Oldham County topped by Cooper
December 20, 2023: Union, KY 41091 The Cooper Jaguars basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Oldham County Colonels to 53 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Jaguars now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aiken for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Cooper will battle a Falcons team coming off a 66-53 non-league win over Conner (Hebron, KY). The Falcons record now stands at 4-1.
The Colonels (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Dixie Heights prevailed over Scott (Covington, KY), 61-56, in a non-league contest.
