The Edison Chargers basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Huntington Beach Oilers to 50 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Washington for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 26. Edison will meet a Kangaroos team coming off a 62-50 league loss to Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA). The Kangaroos record now stands at 5-4.

The Oilers (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie (Vancouver, WA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Prairie was outscored by Kelso (Kelso, WA), 57-52, in a league contest.
