Brady Eagles (Brady, NE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sandhills Valley Mavericks (Stapleton, NE), 25-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Brady upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to South Loup (Arnold, NE) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 22. The go into the bout with a record of 5-1. South Loup won 56-34 in their recent non-league bout against Maxwell (Maxwell, NE)

Next up, the Mavericks clash with the Maxwell Wildcats (Maxwell, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 22. Sandhills Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 56-34 non-league loss to South Loup (Arnold, NE).
