Maryland High School Basketball - Great Mills tops Bladensburg
December 21, 2023: Bladensburg, MD 20710 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD) and the host Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD), saw Great Mills's basketball squad knock off Bladensburg by a tally of 54-43.
With the victory, Great Mills improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to La Plata (La Plata, MD) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.
Next up, the Mustangs play the North County Knights (Glen Burnie, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Bladensburg will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
