December 22, 2023: Sussex, NJ 07461 The Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ) basketball nipped the host High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ), 52-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Highlanders (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Millburn was tipped by Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ), 63-51, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Warren Regional for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. High Point will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 62-60 non-league win over Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 3-2.
