In Thursday's non-league challenge, the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT), by a margin of 4-3.

The Rams now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenwich for a FCIAC challenge on Wednesday, January 5.

The Green Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record.
