California High School Basketball - Horizon Prep overwhelmed by El Cajon Valley
December 26, 2018: El Cajon, CA 92021 The El Cajon Valley Braves basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Horizon Prep Lions to 21 in the Braves non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Braves now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to O'Farrell Charter for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 27. El Cajon Valley will battle a team coming off a 60-33 non-league win over Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA). The record now stands at 10-1.
The Lions (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Borrego Springs triumphed over Julian (Julian, CA), 44-34, in a league contest.
