The Piedmont Bulldogs (Piedmont, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL), 48-24 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Central of Clay County for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Piedmont will play a Volunteers team coming off a 41-38 non-league win over Ranburne (Ranburne, AL). The Volunteers record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Randolph County falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Woodland (Woodland, AL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4.
