Florida High School Basketball - North Marion beaten by Newberry

The Newberry Panthers beat the visiting North Marion Colts basketball team by a margin of 63-49 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Panthers now have a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stranahan for a non-league game on Sunday, December 28. Newberry will confront a Mighty Dragons team coming off a 44-41 non-league win over Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY). The Mighty Dragons record now stands at 9-7.

With the defeat, North Marion drops to 9-1 on the year. The Colts travel to Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Centurions in a non-league outing on Monday, December 29. The Centurions enter the outing with a record of 5-3. Christian Academy-Louisville lost 44-41 in their recent non-league outing against Stranahan (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
