In Saturday's non-league test, the North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) basketball team crushed the host Carl Hayden Community Falcons (Phoenix, AZ), by a tally of 65-40.

The Mustangs now possess a 15-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cesar Chavez for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 27. North will play a Champions team coming off a 48-31 non-league win over Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Champions record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Carl Hayden Community falls to 5-4 on the season. The Falcons host Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ) to encounter the Lions in a 5A Metro test on Thursday, January 8.
