The Overhills Jaguars basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts to 48 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Jaguars now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southern School of Energy and Sustainability for a non-league outing on Monday, December 29. Overhills will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 50-42 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 11-3.

The Catamounts (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Pinecrest was defeated by Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC), 50-42, in a non-league outing.
