Illinois High School Basketball - Minooka fells Glenbard East
December 28, 2022: Lombard, IL 60148 Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), 35-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Minooka upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season. The Indians travel to Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a SouthWest Prairie - East bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-8.
In their next game, the Rams face the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate Eight game, on Thursday, January 5. Glenbard East will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Maroons enter the game with a 4-11 record after their 48-23 non-league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL).
