Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Stone Bridge Bulldogs (Ashburn, VA) and the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), saw Stone Bridge's basketball squad hold off Lake Braddock by a tally of 54-47.

With the victory, Stone Bridge improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to John Champe (Aldie, VA) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. John Champe won 61-47 in their recent league challenge against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)

Next up, the Bruins confront the Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Lake Braddock will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record.
