North Carolina High School Basketball - Lumberton knocked off by West Bladen
December 29, 2023: Lumberton, NC 28358 The West Bladen Knights basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Lumberton Pirates to 63 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Brunswick for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. West Bladen will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 63-44 non-league win over St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Scorpions record now stands at 10-1.
The Pirates (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, St. Pauls was defeated by North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 63-44, in a non-league contest.
