Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE), 54-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Omaha Central upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE) to play the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Bellevue East won 82-62 in their recent non-league bout against Gretna (Gretna, NE)
