December 29, 2023: Granite Bay, CA 95746 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA) and the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA), saw Granite Bay's basketball squad wallop Elk Grove by a tally of 49-21.
With the victory, Granite Bay improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Folsom (Folsom, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 9-3.
Next up, the Thundering Herd confront the Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 5. Elk Grove will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record.
