California High School Soccer - Granada Hills Charter knocks off Golden Valley
December 29, 2023: Santa Clarita, CA 91321 Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the host Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders confront the Flintridge Prep Wolves (La Canada, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Granada Hills Charter will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA).
The Grizzlies now have a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saugus for a Foothill challenge on Tuesday, January 2. Golden Valley will confront a Centurions team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 7-4.
