In Monday's non-league test, the College Station Cougars (College Station, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Milby Buffs (Houston, TX), by a score of 59-41.

With the victory, College Station advances its record to 7-11 on the year. The Cougars host Huntsville (Huntsville, TX) to meet the Hornets in a 5A Region III District 17 battle on Friday, January 2.
