Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) and the host Union City Indians (Union City, IN), witnessed Monroe Central's basketball squad rout Union City by a count of 51-24.

With the victory, Monroe Central advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Golden Bears host Winchester Community (Winchester, IN) to meet the Golden Falcons in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 6. The Golden Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Winchester Community lost 81-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Delta (Muncie, IN)

In their next game, the Indians encounter the Centerville Bulldogs (Centerville, IN) in a Tri-Eastern challenge, on Wednesday, December 10.
