The Myers Park Mustangs basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Norcross Blue Devils to 62 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westminster Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 31. Myers Park will battle a Lions team coming off a 58-55 non-league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 7-2.

The Blue Devils (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, North Mecklenburg was nudged by Westminster Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 58-55, in a non-league contest.
