Auburn Trojans (Auburn, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Routt Catholic Rockets (Jacksonville, IL), 55-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Auburn upgrades its record to 14-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Calvary (Springfield, IL) to face the Saints in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Saints enter the match with a record of 9-4. Calvary won 62-50 in their recent non-league match against Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL)

The Rockets now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seymour for a non-league match on Monday, January 6. Routt Catholic will face a Indians squad coming off a 64-62 non-league win over Mendon Unity (Mendon, IL). The Indians record now stands at 6-6.
