California High School Basketball - Rancho Solano Prep succumbs to Shasta

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs (Scottsdale, AZ), by a final score of 50-41.

Next, the Wolves clash with the Chico Panthers (Chico, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 2. Shasta will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 11-3 record after their 61-51 non-league win over Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA).

The Mustangs (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ). The Cougars come into the 2A Central test with a 6-4 record.
