Louisiana High School Basketball - South Beauregard tops Midland
December 6, 2022: Longville, LA 70652 South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Midland Rebels (Midland, LA), 59-41 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Knights face the Lafayette Lions (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, December 7. South Beauregard will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 59-40 non-league win over St. Amant (St. Amant, LA).
With the defeat, Midland moves to 12-4 on the year. The Rebels travel to Iowa (Iowa, LA) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Thursday, December 8. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a record of 3-2. Iowa lost 80-28 in their recent non-league game against Hathaway (Jennings, LA)
