December 6, 2023: Asheville, NC 28806 The Asheville School (Independent) Blues (Asheville, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Spartanburg Day Griffins (Spartanburg, SC), 58-28 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Blues (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Dorman (Roebuck, SC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
The Griffins now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Charlotte Latin for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Spartanburg Day will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 48-44 non-league win over West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 2-0.
