The Marian Catholic Spartans defeated the host Hillcrest Hawks basketball squad by a final score of 48-35 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Spartans clash with the St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 9. Marian Catholic will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 36-34 non-league win over IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL).
