California High School Basketball - Sonora can't hold off Fountain Valley
December 7, 2022: La Habra, CA 90631 The Fountain Valley Barons basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Sonora Raiders to 63 in the Barons non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Barons now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Fountain Valley will battle a Lancers team coming off a 58-51 non-league win over Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-5.
The Raiders (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Comanches enter the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Canyon nudged Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), 57-44, in a non-league contest.
