December 7, 2023: Celina, TN 38551 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN) and the host Clay County Bulldogs (Celina, TN), saw Upperman's basketball squad overcome Clay County by a tally of 72-52.
With the victory, Upperman improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bees host Siegel (Murfreesboro, TN) to confront the Stars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Stars come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Siegel won 51-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Summit (Spring Hill, TN)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Red Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Red Boiling Springs, TN) in a 1A District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Clay County will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
