South Carolina High School Basketball - Bishop England can't hold off Lucy Beckham
December 7, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 The Lucy Beckham Bengals basketball team scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Bishop England Battling Bishops to 23 in the Bengals non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bengals now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wando for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9.
The Battling Bishops (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Pinewood Prep was nudged by Cane Bay (Summerville, SC), 65-33, in a non-league contest.
