St. Thomas Catholic Eagles (Houston, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX), 61-59 in a non-league match.

With the victory, St. Thomas Catholic upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Kinkaid (Houston, TX) to meet the Falcons in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 8-6. Kinkaid lost 48-40 in their recent non-league battle against Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX)
