The Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX) basketball crushed the host Avery Bulldogs (Avery, TX), 37-11 in Friday's non-league test.

The Lions (11-3) will now prepare for their test against St. Mary's (Longview, TX). The go into the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, St. Mary's was trounced by Longview Christian (Longview, TX), 34-29, in a non-league test.
