December 9, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90018 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Animo South Los Angeles Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), saw Math & Science College Preparatory's basketball squad hold off Animo South Los Angeles by a tally of 35-29.
With the victory, Math & Science College Preparatory improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Sharks host University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. University Prep Value won 33-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Triumph Charter (Sylmar, CA)
Next up, the Panthers confront the New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Animo South Los Angeles will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 55-2 league win over Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA).
