In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Pioneer Panthers basketball team scored a good 49-37 triumph over the Rochester Zebras.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 4. Pioneer will attempt to better on its 20-4 season record. The Apaches enter the match with a 9-13 record after their 49-35 league win over Whitko (South Whitley, IN).

With the defeat, Rochester moves to 16-8 on the year.
