The Midland Timberwolves basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats to 41 in the Timberwolves league victory on Friday.

The Timberwolves now sport a 21-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquette for a Tri-County contest on Tuesday, February 14. Midland will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 64-61 non-league loss to Sandwich (Sandwich, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 22-6.

The Wildcats (12-16) will now prepare for their contest against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans come into the Tri-County contest with a 14-14 record. In their last contest, Dwight prevailed over Riverton (Riverton, IL), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
