February 10, 2025: Colorado Springs, CO 80906 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO), observed St. Mary's's basketball team knock off Cheyenne Mountain by a score of 74-62.
The Pirates (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Salida (Salida, CO). The Spartans come into the bout with a 0-2 record.
With the loss, Cheyenne Mountain falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Red-tailed hawks travel to Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO) to play the Kadets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11.
